International Salesman

Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced International Sales Manager to lead our global sales initiatives and drive market expansion efforts. In this role, you will be responsible for cultivating strategic partnerships, identifying growth opportunities, and leading a high-performing sales team to achieve ambitious revenue targets across diverse international markets.

Responsibilities

Develop and execute a comprehensive international sales strategy aligned with the company's growth objectives
Identify and assess new market opportunities, conducting thorough market research and competitive analysis
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, and internal teams
Lead and mentor a diverse sales team, fostering a culture of high performance and continuous improvement
Monitor sales performance metrics and implement corrective actions to ensure targets are met or exceeded
Represent the company at international trade shows and conferences to enhance brand visibility and generate leads Required and Preferred Qualifications

Required

5+ years of experience in international sales, preferably in a B2B environment
Demonstrated track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth
Strong understanding of global market dynamics and cultural nuances
Excellent negotiation and communication skills, with fluency in English; additional languages are a plus
